Can I act as my own Importer of Record in Vietnam?
In order to act as your own Importer of Record in Vietnam you must have a registered, local business entity. Most of our clients do not have a registered business in Vietnam and therefore, will have to utilize FGX’s Importer of Record services.
What additional documentation will I need to import into Vietnam?
The overall customs clearance process in Vietnam requires a lot of information about the products you are planning to ship. Depending on the equipment you are planning to ship, you may need a Certificate of Conformity in addition to product data sheets, user manuals, test reports, and product photos.
