Does FGX provide service to both individuals and businesses?
In short, No. FGX services only businesses i.e. a company in good standing needs to be the account holder.

If my business is shipping from a location outside of the New York metropolitan area, can I still ship with FGX?
FGX is a niche provider primarily offering service to offices based in New York City but expansion is a part of our plan! Currently we are servicing companies that have shipping needs with an origination or destination of NYC.

Does FGX ship domestically?
There are certain lane segments that FGX services domestically, we usually offer only premium domestic shipping in such cases. If you would like to inquire about premium domestic shipping, please send an e-mail to sales@fgx.com.

How do I become a client of FGX?

How do I know if my shipment was processed online?
Once you have pressed the ‘Print AWB’ button, it creates a copy of your air waybill and the online submission becomes processed as well.

What documentation is required for international shipments?

How can I attempt to minimize customs delays?
Ensure you’ve invoice is correct and that complete information is included on the invoice.

Confirm that the consignee has the necessary permissions to import into his/her country. Certain commodities into certain countries require an Import License. For more information or assistance please contact FGX customer service.
